Was booking required?
Booking is not mandatory but for people wishing it, you have the possibility to book online.
It will allow you to choose your visit schedule.
On the other hand, during periods of heatwave or rain, it is strongly recommended.
I booked online, do I have to go to the reception?
The reservation does not consist of a wire cutter, it will be mandatory to go to the reception in order to pay and collect your entrance tickets in order to access the visit.
The collection of your tickets is done directly at the reception. The amount paid when booking online is not debited and serves only as a guarantee.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the chosen tour time.
I have a discount?
(Table set – cartelette – partners cottages and campsites – pass – special rates or others…) The reservation must be made only by phone at 05 65 40 32 01. If the reservation is made online, no discount will be applied on site.
I can’t book online?
In case of impossibility or difficulty on the booking platform, you can book by phone at 05 65 40 32 01.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets valid for the chosen date and time, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Pursuant to Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the services offered by Les Grottes de Presque as tourist services are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L 121-20 and following from the same code in a way of distance selling.
